Does my stuffed animal come stuffed already?

A: This is completely up to you! We give you the option to stuff your animal at home or we can send your animal to you pre-stuffed and ready to play.

 

Does my stuffed animal come dressed already?

A: No. Your new BFF can either come pre-stuffed or you can stuff it yourself. The outfit will come separately so you can dress your animal at home.

 

How easy is it to stuff an animal? Can a child do it?

A: Our animals are easy to stuff and dress for children ages 3+ however, we do recommend adult supervision during the stuffing process. An adult should always be the one to handle the scissors at the end of the stuffing process to cut the zip-tie.

 

How do I clean my stuffed animals and/or outfits?

A:We recommend you do surface washing with water and very light detergent.
Some folks do wash their stuffed animals on gentle in a bag or something, but the animals will not be quite as soft and fluffy after the wash.

 

Will the clothes fit all of my fury friends?

A: Some clothes fit some styles of animals better than others. The 4-legged animals and special shaped animals (like fearless the dragon) do much better with shirts and dresses than with pants. Please pay attention to the different sizes (8 & 16) when purchasing outfits for your BFF.

 

What methods of payment does BYP-BFF accept?

A: We accept nearly all forms of credit cards and we also accept PayPal

 

Will these outfits fit other my other stuffed animals that are not purchased through BYO-BFF?

A: Yes - Our 8 Inch outfits will fit most 8 Inch Stuffed Animals. Same with out 16 Inch outfits for most 16 Inch Stuffed Animals.

 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

A: Orders are normally processed within 1 or two days. Once the order is created and shipping labels purchases the order cannot be changed.

 

When will my order arrive?

A: Once a product is created, we use USPS Priority Mail that usually is delivered in 2-3 days.

 

How do I return an item?

A: To return your product, you should mail your product to: Build Your Own Best Furry Friend, 3472 Research Pkwy #104 PMB# 612, Colorado Springs CO 80920, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What if my item is defective?

A: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We stand behind our Stuffed Animals. If you are not satisfied with your Furry Friend, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If for some reason your item is defective, notify us and we will ship a replace as soon as possible.
